#91: Tick-tock, tick-tock

Time is hurrying when you do nothing, and slow when you are up to something.

But according to science, that's called illogic.

But in another field of science, it will tell you that it is your mind that do the thinking, and the mind plays trick with you.

This is the second day of school. Places has changed-mine not changed, sitting next to me changed.

Homework start to pour in.

Start knowing the person sitting next to me now.

Seems an OK guy to me.....

#90: First Day of School in a new Decade

Fine. The title may be a bit too grand.

But anyway, it is the first day of school for school students in all states in Malaysia except Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah.

And for me, it is quite a smooth one.

Of course it is! Everyone is good on the first day, and it will rot within weeks.

Well, first day of school is OK. But I still have doubts about the future. Very doubtful.

Time to sign off!

#89: Dreadful New Year

As the new year commence, new sessions begins.

New hopes begot, new dreams produced.

Everything is new.

But no one said that new is good.

Why did I say that this new year is a dreadful one?

It is all because of this list.

You may say that what's dreadful with this list?

Well, partly because there are not many people I knew in this class, and it became a danger.

But a bigger part of it because......

I am not going to talk about it. Don't hush me.

The future remains the unknown 'x'.

The future is still misty, and as ships moving across the ocean, the hidden icebergs may hit them.

Well, let us look at the bright side: Other's are not much better than this list.

That's the only bright side I could see till now.

Let us stay positive, and pray to Him, who gave us this sermountable challenge, to bless us strength, whether in wisdom, physical, mental or psychological. Let us endure this dreadful 2 years, and be grateful that it is not that 3 years and 8 months the Malayans suffered, all no thanks to the Japanaese Occupation.

#88: Auspicious post, auspicious year?

I've just been told that I would be going into 4S1 tomorrow.

Now, the problem is: I have no idea of who is in 4S1.

It is for me to wait for the next dawn arrives, and see the list for myself.

Anyone I knew in 4S1?

#87: New plans for this blog.....

...and that is: To shift this blog to a new one

I've realised that with this url, I do not have freedom to change layouts and templates as I wish.

Therefore, I have decided to create a new blog (with a new url of course), import all the posts from here, and put up a new look.

Well, for this page's url: http://nextstop-bluesky.blogspot.com I will redirect this page to the new one.

Now, when is the time I will execute these changes?

I will let you choose. This is the 87th post, so I can execute the actions by the 88th post (sounds auspicious), or I can execute the changes by the 100th post, or even on 1st of February (which is 01-02-2010, makes it 01022010). Feel free to comment about it.

New Year, New Suffer?

I'm not being pessimistic, but the truth is-IT IS.

The price of sugar gone up. The price of white bread became uncontrolled. Everything will be hardship for peasants...or well, people with low and medium household income.

It's nothing to do with how much you consume sugar or white bread, but when these two items go on loose, everything, from food prices to household items will raise their prices.

It would be terrible for us, financially terrible.

How are we going to endure it?

Well, let us stay positive...it is only the first day of the new year...
------------------------------------------------------------
Next, let's continue to the KOMSAS and English Literature Syllabus change.

I heard it, and I think it's from Mr. Michael that the literature syllabus will change.

But no details back then. And slowly that fades away.

At the strike of 12 this morning, everyone is wishing another Happy New Year. I am not spared with the atmosphere.

And all of a sudden, through the Messenger chat with Anne, I had regretted for reading Bukit Kepong and Selected Poems and Short Stories.

For those who had read Bukit Kepong, Antologi Anak Laut or even the Selected Poems and Short Stories (without the drama), you can forget those.

Because we do not even need it this year!

So, what will be replacing them?

For antologi Anak Laut, it will be replaced with Antologi Harga Remaja.

And this maybe a relief for some, but probably terror for others: There would be no English Novels for Form 4 and 5.

This is 2010 that we didn't expect, yet we have to embrace it

The first post of Year 2010

It maybe just a post to show that I can write the first post in year 2010 in the first 15 minutes.

Happy New Year, everyone! By tomorrow, it's not a new year anymore!
